Then I separete the eggs yolks from the white, I add the sugar to the yolks, and I start to mix it together until it was nice and creamy. Then I add my mascarpone to it, and I keep mixing it until it is not assembled well together.
Yolks and sugar Mascarpone
I mix in a different bowl the whites until it was nice and firm, and I add it gently to the previous mix.
Egg whites and mascarpone mix Mix the egg whites with the mascarpone
So now my mascarpone mix is ready.
I decided to use only 2 eggs whites because I want my mix a bit more firm.
Now my ingredients for my tiramisù is ready, and I just need to assemble everything together.
I start with a lay of biscuits previously poached in my milk. Then, with a tea spoon I add the mascarpone mix , a bit of white chocolate, and a bit of the pistacchio. I keep it going until I reach the top of the glass.
I store my tiramisù in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating. After this time your tiramisù will be ready to eat.
With the quantity of ingredients I used I can make up to 8 tumbler glasses of tiramisù.
Enjoy it !!!!
Ciao!!!
