Hi everyone this my lovely Tagliatelle pasta dish with chargrilled pepper sauce and mussels.
A very delicate and light sauce done with chargrilled peppers mix with mussels, seafood that I particularly love.

Ingredients
- 125g of tagliatelle
- 250g of mussels
- 2 peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- parsley q.b.
- extra vergin olive oil q.b.
- salt and pepper

Procedures
The longest part of this dish is clean the mussels.
I put the mussels in a bowl with cold water and salt for about an hour. In the meantime I chargrilled my peppers.

After an hour I check the water of my mussels and see if it need to be replaced. If the water is clean, I clean my mussels and I put them in a pan a couple of minutes for them to open.
Now I clean my peppers, removing the skin and inside seeds, and I put my peppers in a mixer with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. I blist them until is very creamy.
In a pan now I put some garlic and parsley, cook them a couple of minutes then add the sauce and my mussels.

I cook my pasta and I add it to my sauce and my dish is ready to be eaten.
