Peach Ciambella

Hi everyone! This is my lovely peach ciambella recipe. A lovely  light cake without using any butter or eggs.

Ingredients

  • 300g of flour
  • 80g of potato starch
  • 180g of sugar
  • 85ml of vegetable oil
  • 200ml of milk
  • 100ml of the tin peach juice
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • Almond essence
  • 250g of peaches

Procedures

It is a quite easy and straight forward cake to make. To begin with, put in bowl all the liquid ingredients: milk, oil, almond essence, and the peach juice. Then add the sugar and work the mix for about 5 minutes.

Now gradually add the flour, the potato starch, and the baking powder. Keep mixing up until you reach the right consistency for the cake.

Now dice the peaches and, with the help of a spoon, assemble it together with the cake mix.

Turn on your oven on and let it to become hot.

Brush the baking tray with a bit of oil and flour it, pour the cake mix in it and bake it for 35 min at 180 degrees.
