Hi everyone. Today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish very rich in flavour and calories.
Ingredients (3 People)
- 250g of fettuccine pasta
- 4 courgettes
- 1/4 of white onion
- milk q.b.
- 80g of Gorgonzola dolce
- 6 walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
Procedures
First thing I did was washing my courgettes and dicing them up.
I diced the onion really fine and I put it in a pan with a couple spoons of oil. I let them cook a few minutes on their own, and then I add the courgettes, a pinch of salt, and let them cook together for about ten minutes.
Crushed the walnuts and toasted them for few minutes.
Leave on the side the courgettes and the walnuts.
Put the water on for your pasta on with a bit of salt, and in a different pan the Gorgonzola with the milk.
Let the Gorgonzola melt then add the courgettes and the walnuts to it.
when the pasta is cooked al dente, put it in a pan with the sauce and assemble together with gentle fire for a couple of minutes.
Dish it up and enjoy this lovely pasta dish….
