Limoncello and Greek yogurt ciambella

Hi everyone today. I enjoy making this cake with a lovely limoncello fragrant. I hope you will enjoy having a look.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 250g of sugar
  • 250g of flour
  • 125g potato starch
  • 125g natural Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 glass of Limoncello
  • 80g vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon zest
  • Icing sugar

Procedures

In your mixer put the eggs and sugar, and work them together for ten minutes until creamy and fluffy.

Work the egg and sugar x 10 minutes

Then add the Greek yogurt and the vegetable oil. Keep working the mix.

Add gradually the flour and the potato starch.

At the very end, add the limoncello and agglomerate it in the cake mix.

Pre-heat the oven at 160 degrees, and prepare the baking tray with butter and flour.

Pour the cake mix into the baking tray and bake it for 35 minutes at 160 degrees.

When the cake is ready let it cool down a bit and turn it upside down.

Decorate the cake with the lemon zest and icing sugar… Enjoy it…
