Hi everyone today I enjoy this yummy past dish, using as main ingredient the smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- 50/100 g of smoked salmon
- penne pasta
- few sundried tomatoes
- few pistachios
- salt and pepper
- extra vergin olive oil
- 1 shallots
- white wine
Procedures
Diced the shallots very fine and put in a pan with three spoon of oil.
Cook 2/3 minutes then add the diced smoked salmon with a bit of white wine.
Put the pan with salty water for the pasta on.
Let evaporated the white wine then add the diced sundried tomatoes with salt, pepper and three spoon from the psata water and cook it for further ten minutes.
When the sauce is ready switch off the hob.
When the past is ready add it to the sauce with a notch of butter and the crushed pistachios.
Mix it well together….and enjoy it….
