Hi everyone today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish with broad beans pesto, squid and pancetta a yummy combination between sea food, meat and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Trenette pasta
- Broad beans
- 1 or 2 squid
- Pancetta
- extra vergin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh basil
- parmesan cheese

Procedures
Put a pan with salty water on the hob, we will use it for cooking the broad bean and the pasta in different stages.
In another pan put 3 spoon of extra vergin olive oil and a bit of garlic with the squid, cook it for few minutes then add some white wine and cook gently for about 15/20 min until the squid is soft and tender.

When the salty water is boilng add the broad beans and let them cook a couple of minutes.

Take the broad beans out of the water let it run under cold water in a colindar and remove their skin from them.
In the same salty water put the pasta and let it cook.
In a different pan just put the pancetta on is own and let it become crispy.

Remove the crispy Pancetta from the pan without the grease.
When the broad beans the are all skin free put the majority into a blender with parmesan cheese, 10 or 15 basil leaf, salt, pepper and extra vergin olive oil and blist everything together.
Keep few broad beans on the side for the final decoration.

Add some extra vergin olive oil in case the pesto is too coarse and make it more creamy.
When all the ingredints are ready mix everything well together in a pan and dish it up.
