Bucatini with asparagus and pancetta

Hi everyone today I would like to share with all of you this delicious pasta dish with asparagus and pancetta.

Ingredients

  • A small bunch of asparagus
  • Bucatini pasta
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100g of unsmoked pancetta
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Procedures

To begin with, remove the bottom part of the asparagus and boil them for 10 minutes in hot, salty water.

Boil the asparagus in hot salty water for ten minutes

Then cut in pieces the end part of the asparagus that you will blist later on.

In a pan put some extra virgin olive oil , the diced onion ,and the top part of the asparagus. Cook them together for 5 minutes.

Then add the pancetta to it and keep it cooking for another five minutes.

Blist the bottom part of the asparagus with extra virgin olive oil and some Parmesan cheese.

Once the bucatini pasta is ready, add it into the pan with asparagus, pancetta, and the mushy asparagus.

Put all your ingredients in the pan and mix well together

Add salt and pepper and mix everything well together.
