Rigatoni pasta with smoked salmon, thyme and pomegranate

Hi everyone! Today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish with smoked salmon, thyme, and pomegranate.

A lovely pasta dish ready in a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 150 ml of double cream
  • 1/4 of pomegranate
  • Rigatoni pasta… or any other pasta of your choice
  • Salt q.b.
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Procedures

Start putting the water for the rigatoni on the hob.

Dice the salmon and thyme, put them  in a pan with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Keep it on a gentle fire for a few minutes.

Add the pomegranate to it, and then the double cream. Cook all the ingredients together for few minutes.

In the meantime the pasta will be ready. Add it to the sauce and mix all well together.
