Hi everyone! I would like to share with all of you this amazing risotto with pear, walnuts and Gorgonzola dolce.
Ingredients
- 2 handful of rice
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 of glass white wine
- 1 pear
- 2 walnuts
- 150 g Gorgonzola dolce
- 1/2 cube of vegetable stock
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
- A notch of butter
Procedures
Start making your vegetable stock, and leave it on the side.
I diced my shallots, put it in a pan, cooked it a couple of minutes gently and then I added the rice and toasted it a bit.
I add my wine and then I blend all together. When the wine is evaporated, I start to add gradually my vegetable stock.
Five minutes before my risotto is ready I add the pear (previously diced) and the Gorgonzola.
Once the risotto is ready, let it rest few minutes. Then add the butter and the walnuts and serve it.
