Hi everyone. Today I would like to share with all of you my upside-down apple and cinnamon cake.

Ingredients
- 400g of flour
- 400g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 glass of vegetable oil
- 4 apples
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Cinnamon
- A bit of water
Procedures
First of all, make some cinnamon syrup using a bit of water, sugar, and cinnamon. Put these ingredients in a bowl and mix until the water doesn’t come hot. Let it rest before pouring into the baking tray.
Now start beating the eggs with the sugar for about 10 minutes, and then add the milk and oil.
Add now the flour gradually, and mix it until the mix is homogeneous.
Peel two apples, dice them, and add them to the cake mix.
Peel now the other two apples and slice them, and display them on the bottom of your baking tray on top of the syrup.
Pour gently the cake mix on top the apples and bake your cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
When the cake is ready, turn it upside-down wait a couple of minutes. Then remove the greaseproof paper and sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
