Hi everyone today I enjoy making this lovely Pan brioches fill with a lot Xmas goodies.
I hope all of you will enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients
- 375 g of plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 50g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 120ml of milk
- 7g dried yeast
- 60g dried cranberries
- 150g dried figs
- 50g cook chestnuts
- 250g fig jam
- cinnamon
- icing sugar

Procedures
Warm the milk up and dilute in it the yeast with a tea spoon of sugar took from the total and leave it fermented on the side.

Mix together in a bowl the flour and the rest of the sugar then add the two eggs and the melted butter and work the ingredients together.
Add gradually the milk with the yeast to the flour mix.

Work the mix with a spoon first, then with your hands for create the dough.
Floured the bottom of the bowl, out the dough in and sprinkle a bit of flour on top.
Seal the bowl with cling film and let it rest in a warm place for 3 hours.

After the three hours the dough will be double of the size.

Sprinke some flour on the work surface and put the dough on it, with a spin roll, flat it out the dough.
Now with the help of a spoon, spread the fig jam on top of it.

Now add the cranberries, diced dreid figs. diced chestnuts and a generous sprinkle of the cinnamon powder.

Gently roll the dough like a salami.
Prapere the baking tray with parchment paper, cut the salami dough in equal size and display them around it.

Put the baking tray now in a warm place and let it rest for other 3 hours the dough before you bake it.
After the three hours bake the Pan brioche in a pre heated oven for 25/30 min at 160 degrees.
