Hi Everyone. Today I enjoy making this lovely cake with apple and almonds. It’s an amazing combination, without any butter or oil, but using Mascarpone instead.

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 50 g almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 2 apples
- 16 g baking powder
- Cinnamon q.b.
- 1 lemon
- 250 g of Mascarpone

Procedures
I start to work my eggs with the sugar for about 10 min.

When my mix is creamy, I add the Mascarpone to it while I keep working the mix.
Then I add a teaspoon of cinnamon, the baking powder, and the lemon zest.
I gradually add add the two kinds of flour to the mix until my cake mix is homogeneous.
Now I peel my two apples, I cut in squares, and add the lemon juice to prevent them from getting brown.

I pour my cake mix into the baking tray which should be previously buttered and floured.

I display on top my apples and some almonds. Then I bake it for 45 min at 175 degrees.
