Hi everyone today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish with swordfish, a really yummy and succulent dish.

Ingredients
- Bucatini pasta
- a piece of swordfish
- 1 fresh chilli
- garlic cloves
- cherry tomatoes
- parsley
- Pistachios
- extra vergin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Procedures
Diced very fine the garlic and put it in a pan with the diced chilli and extra vergin olive oil.

Let it cook gently a couple of minutes the add the diced swordfish.

Seal the swordfish then add some white wine to it, and let it cook for 2/3 minutes.
Crushed the pistachios and cut the cherry tomatoes in the mean time.

When the water for the pasta is boiling put the bucatini in it.
Add into the swordfish pan now the cherry tomatoes and pistachios and cook everything together for about 8/10 minutes.

At the very end add the parsley in it and the bucatini.
Mix everything well together and dish it up.
Decorate the plate with few pistachios and cherry tomatoes.
