Casarecce pasta with cauliflower, pancetta, and chillies

Hi everyone today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets
  • Chilli flakes
  • Pancetta
  • Onion
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Procedures

Put two pans on with water and salt. One of them will be for the pasta, and the other one for the cauliflower.

In a different pan put the diced the onion and the pancetta, and cook it with a bit of extra virgin olive oil until the pancetta is crispy.

Boil the cauliflower for 2-3 minutes in the hot, salty water, and then add it to the pancetta with a bit of their cooking water. Let it cook for 5 more minutes.

When the pasta is ready, add it to the sauce with the parmesan cheese and chilli flakes. Mix them well together.

Dish it up, decorate the dish with a bit of chilli flakes and some spicy oil if you have any. Otherwise, you can use extra virgin olive oil.
