Chicken breast with Parma ham and pistachios

Hi everyone. Today I enjoy making this lovely dish with chicken breast, pistachios, and Parma ham. A really tasty dish, worth to try.

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast
  • 250 g of pistachios
  • 3 slices of Parma ham
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Procedures

This dish its ready in just a few simple steps, but its really tasty and rich of flavour.

To begin with, butterfly the chicken breast and dice the pistachios in a mixer.

Sprinkle on top of the chicken breast a bit of the pistachios, and lie a slice of Parma ham on top of it.

Roll the chicken breast with the rest of the ingredients in it.

Brush the chicken with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, and roll it on the pistachios.

Cook now the chicken in the oven for 25/30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Once it’s ready, let it cool down a bit before slicing it.

It can be served with chips or salad.

I made a bed of salad on my plate and I lied the sliced chicken breast on it.

I also drizzled on top of it some reduced balsamic vinegar.
