Hi everyone today I enjoy making some focaccia, another of my favorite food to eat.

Ingredients
- 500g of flour
- 250ml of warm water
- 15g of yeast
- 7g of salt
- marine sea salt
- extra vergin olive oil

Procedures
In a bowl put the flour the 7g of salt and a generous drizzle of extra vergin oilve oil.

In the jug with the warm water add a pinch of sugar and the yeast and dilute it well together.

Add gradually the water with the yeast to the flour and start mix it with a kitchen spoon.

When the all water has been absorbed from the flour, work the mix with your hands and create the dough.

Add some flour in case the mix is too sticky.
Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm and dry place for an hour or more.
After the hour the dough will be double of the size.
Put the dough on the kitchen work top with a bit of flour.

With a pin roll spread the dough quite thin.

Grease well the baking tray and put the thin dough on it and cover it and let it rest for another hour.
Depends how big is your baking tray, I like the focaccia very thin so I can make more baking trays if I got extra dough to use.
After the hour, switch on the oven at 220 degrees static mode.
Make a mix in equal quantity water and extra vergin oilve oil.
Cover the surface with the mix of the focaccia dough and with your fingers make some holes.

Sprinkle around some marine sea salt and bake it for 15/20 minutes at 220 degrees and then further 5 more minutes at grill mode.
Now the focaccia is ready to eat….
Enjoy it….Ciao….!!!
