Fusilli pasta asparagus and cockle meat

Hi everyone today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish using asparagus and cockle meat.

I hope you enjoy having a look and make it.

Ingredients

  • fusilli pasta
  • asparagus
  • cockle meat
  • extra vergin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove

Procedures

To begin with boil your asparagus in hot salty water 5/10 minutes.

In another pan put some extra vergin olive oil with the garlic cloves the cockle meat salt and pepper.

Put now the water for the pasta.

When the asparagus are ready remove the top from it and blist in a mixer the rest with a bit of extra vergin olive oil and their cooking water.

When the pasta is ready put it in the pan with the rest of all the ingredients and mix well together.

Add the pasta to it and mix everything well together
