Hi everyone. Today I would like to share with all of you a simple but yet really tasty and yummy pasta dish.
Ingredients
- 1 small tin of tuna
- Fusilli pasta
- 6/8 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- A few olives
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Procedures
Dice really finely the onion, and put it in a pan with some extra virgin olive oil.
Cook it for few minutes then add the previously diced sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for few minutes and then add the tuna. Add a bit of the boiling water from the pasta to it so the sauce will keep a nice moist.
When the pasta is ready, add it to the sauce and mix everything well together.
Dish it up… And enjoy it!!!
