Hi everyone. Why not to try this yummy and tasty pear and pistachio cake?
It’s very simple and straight forward cake, but really yummy.

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 60 g of pistachio
- 3/5 small pears
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 15 g of baking powder
- 1/4 of glass of vegetables oil
- Milk if necessary

Procedures
First thing crush up the pistachios in a mixer as you prefer. I personally leave it a bit coarser.
I remove from the total a couple of tea spoons that I will use for garnishing the cake at the very end.
Mix together all the dry ingredients, flour, pistachio and baking powder, and leave them on the side.

In a bowl put the eggs and the sugar and work the two ingredients for at least 10 minutes. Then add the oil and keep working the mix for a few more minutes.
Start to add gradually the dry ingredients and keep working the mix.
If the mix is a bit too dry, add some milk until it reaches the right consistency.

Put some baking paper into the tray and pour your mix into it.
Display on top of the mix your pears and sprinkle on top of it some brown sugar.
Bake it for 35 minutes at 180º C.
When the cake is ready, sprinkle the top with some icing sugar and pistachio, and then enjoy it…
