Hi everyone”. Today I enjoy making this lovely dish with pork mince, almond, thyme, and light curry sauce.
Ingredients
For the meatballs:
- 500 g mince pork
- 150 g of ground almond
- A handful of almond slice
- A pinch of salt
- Thyme
- 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
For the sauce:
- 1 onion
- 2 small carrots
- A notch of butter
- 3 teaspoons of mild curry
- A glass of milk
- Thyme
- A pinch of salt
- Cornflour
Procedures
First thing I, start making the meatballs: in a bowl I put all the ingredients required , I mix well everything, and then I let it rest in a fridge for 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes, I make balls with the my meatballs mix and I baked them for 30 minutes. In the meantime, I start to make my sauce.
In a pan I put the butter, the diced onion, the carrots and the thyme, and I cook everything with gentle flame for 2/3 minutes. Then I add the curry powder and I cook the spices together with the vegetables.
Then I add the milk, and when it reaches the boiling temperature I add the cornflour, which should be previusly diluted with a bit of milk for giving a better texture to the sauce.
Now I place everything in a dish and I enjoy it eating…
