Rigatoni pasta with Gorgonzola sauce, pear, and walnuts

Hi everyone! Today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish full of flavour and ready in no time.

Ingredients

  • 150g of rigatoni pasta
  • 150g of Gorgonzola dolce
  • Half glass of milk
  • Few walnuts
  • 1 pear
  • Parsley

Procedures

It’s a very quick pasta dish, but it’s amazing. Specially if you are a Gorgonzola lover.

First, start boiling the water for the pasta, because the sauce will be ready in just 5 minutes.

In a pan put the half glass of milk and the diced Gorgonzola.

Let the Gorgonzola melt in the milk and become creamy. Then switch it off and add the very finely diced pear and the walnuts with the parsley. With just that, the sauce is ready.

When the pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce, amalgamate it together with the sauce and dish it up….

Dress it with few more walnuts and parsley and enjoy it….
