With the ingredients listed below I managed to make 8 tiramisú in a glass:

Procedures
First thing I peel the kakis and I put them in a blender to mush them up.
For the second step I took two bowls. In one of them I put the Mascarpone cheese with the sugar and 3 egg yolks.

In the second bow l put two eggs whites.

I mix well everything together: the Mascarpone cheese with the sugar and the yolks. Then I add the mixture to the Kaki and I agglomerate everything together.

After that, I add to the Mascarpone mix the egg whites with the help of a spoon.
In a pan I put milk with some hazelnut syrup and I warm it up.
In a different pan I toast my Macadamia nuts a bit, just to give a bit more of colour and flavour.
Now that I have got all my ingredients ready I start to assemble my Tiramisú.
I start putting on the bottom of my glasses a couple of teaspoon of my Mascarpone mix. Then, I break 1 Savoirdi biscuit, I soak it in the milk mix, and I sit it on top of the Mascarpone.
I put on top of my biscuit a couple more spoons of the Mascarpone mix and I grate another layer.
After a couple of biscuits layers I finish off my Tiramisú wit the Macadamia nuts and chocolate powder, and I let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating.
Ciao… And enjoy it….!!!
