Hi everyone . Today I enjoy making this lovely pasta dish.
I’m a seafood lover. Born in a city in Italy nearby the sea that probably helped me in the past, but now that I don’t I have access to fresh seafood I have to use the frozen option. This will obviously give it a different flavour, but you can always make something amazing from it.

Ingredients
- 125 g mix seafood (frozen)
- linguine pasta
- 50 ml cooking cream
- 1 garlic cloves
- Chilli flakes
- 4/5 pistachios
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- White wine
- Parsley
- 1 egg yolk

Procedures
Start to put two pans on the hob, one with the water for the pasta, and another with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, the garlic cloves, and chilli flakes.

Cook the garlic and chilli together for a couple of minutes, and then add your seafood in it.

When the seafood releases all the water, add a bit of wine and keep it cooking for a few minutes more.
Once the pasta is ready, add it to the seafood.

Add now, remove the pan from the hob and add cooking cream, egg yolk, salt, and parsley.
Mix well together, dish it up, and finish it up with chilli flakes, crushed pistachios, and a bit more parsley.
