Hi everyone. Today I enjoy making a lovely and fragrant risotto with seafood and orange.

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of rice
- Seafood (frozen)
- 1 shallots
- 2 oranges
- Salt and pepper
- Dill
- Extra-virgin olive oil

Procedures
Dice very fine the shallots and put it in a pan with a bit of the extra-virgin olive oil and the seafood. Cook these ingredients for a few minutes with gentle fire.

Then add the rice and the zest of one orange, and toast the rice with these ingredients.

Add now the juice of one orange.

In a different pan prepare a bit of vegetable stock.
Add the stock a bit at time. When you’re half way through add the juice of the second orange.
When the risotto is cooked, add the diced dill, a notch of butter, and a bit if the zest of the second orange.

Leave a bit of the dill and the zest for the final decoration
Mantecare the risotto and then dish it up.
