Christmas reindeer biscuits

Hi everyone. I would like to propose another Christmas time idea that I baked.

These simple reindeer biscuits are truly yummy, and it will make your Christmas table colourful and tempting.

Ingredients

  • 330 g of flour
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 110 g of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 125 g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • Pretzels
  • Glazed cherries
  • Chocolate drops

Procedures

I start mixing the first four ingredients together, creating a dough.

Then I divide the dough in two equal parts, adding the cocoa powder in one of them. I work both mix by separate, and I cover them with cling film. I let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

I prepare now a baking tray with parchment paper.

I take one dough at time, and I start creating the reindeer biscuits.

When I finish assembling them, I bake them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let them cool down well and they are ready.
