Hi everyone today I enjoy making this lovely and delicious Pan Brioche with strawberries and mandarin.
A deli seasonal treat that will finish very soon when will be ready…!!!

Ingredients
- 500g of flour
- 170g of milk
- 60g of mandarin liquor
- 1 egg
- 15g of dried yeast
- 60g of butter
- 2 spoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 400g of strawberries
- 2 spoon of sugar
- strawberry jam
- lemon juice

Procedures
Lets start to put in a small pan 150g of milk from the total with two spoon of sugar the teaspoon of salt and the butter.

Put the pan on the hob with gentle fire melt the butter and assamble the rest of the ingredients together.
When its ready let it cool down a bit and transfer it into a bowl.

Dilute into the 20g of milk that you left over the 15g of yeast.
In the bowl add the mandarin liquor, the milk with yeast and the eggs and mix everything well together.

Now start gradually to add the flour to the mix.

Work the mix gradually with your hands until you dont reach the right consistency of dough.

Cover now the bowl with cling film and leave it rest 4/5 hours in a dried warm place.
Now diced all the strawberries put them in a pan with two spoon of sugar the lemon juice and cook them for few minutes then add the jam and leave them rest.
After the 4/5 hours the dough will be more then twice of the size.

Remove it from the bowl and put on the kitchen top or table previously floured.
Sprinkle some flour on top and press it a bit and make an omogeneus circle.

Cut the dough in equal pieces and make from each pieces a ball.
With a roll pin flat out every ball and with a knife cut one side of it from the centre.
Spread a bit of butter and the strawberry mix and roll it starting from the side that you cut and put in the baking tray.
Follow this procedure for every dough ball.
When the pan brioche its in the baking tray cover it and let it rest for another hour.
Switch on the oven at 175 degrees.
After the hour remove the cling film and brush the brioche with some milk before baking.

Sprinkle some sugar on top too and baking for 30 minute at 175 degrees.
When is ready let it cool down a bit and sprinkle on top some icing sugar before serving or eating.
