Pork loin breaded with hazelnut, chips and spicy courgettes

Hi everyone. Today I enjoy making this lovely pork loin steak, breaded with hazelnut and served with hand cut chips and mush spicy courgettes.

Ingredients

  • Pork loin steak
  • Hazelnuts
  • Parsley
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Courgettes
  • Chillies
  • Potatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Procedures

To begin with, crush the hazelnuts, parsley, garlic clove, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper together .

Then brush with your hand the pork loin steak with some vegetable oil.

Pass  the pork loin into breadcrumbs mixture , bread it all around and put into a baking tray in the oven for 12/15 minutes.

Now dice the courgettes. Put them in a pan with oil, salt, and chillies, and let it cook for about ten minutes.

Peel the potatoes and slice them really fine, and fry them.

When the courgettes are cooked, mix them adding a bit of extra virgin olive oil.

Now all the ingredients are ready, so dish the breaded pork loin starting with the mush courgettes. Then place the chips and the pork loin on top of it.

Dress the dish with some crushed hazelnuts, parsley, and chilli flakes, and if you have got, a drizzle of spicy oil.
