Hi everyone! Today I enjoy making this lovely dish with minced meat. I hope you like this idea.
Ingredients
- 250 g of mince meat
- Sliced ham
- Sliced mozzarella
- 200 g of pistachios
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
Procedures
To begin with, double up some cling film on top of your worktop.
Spread on top of it the minced meat, about 1 cm high.
Put some ham and the sliced mozzarella on top of it.
Use the end of the cling film to help you rolling the minced meat with all the ingredients.
Before you seal the ends of the roll, gently remove all the air inside and let the roll rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Crush now the pistachios and mix them with some breadcrumbs.
Prepare a small plate with flour, and another one with a beaten egg.
Put some vegetable oil in a pan and gently make it hot.
Take the roll out of the fridge and start slicing it. Pass each slice in the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs and pistachios mix before frying.
Carry on with this procedure until the end of the roll.
In a different pan I made some chips and fried sage.
When all the roll is cooked, dressed it with a bit of salt and pepper.
Dish it up and enjoy it!!!! Ciao…!!!
